Development of El Fajja – Manouba industrial park

The works relating to this contract consist in:

• General earthworks: stripping, excavation, backfilling, and disbursement of existing pavement: with an amount of TND 428,462 excluding VAT
• Roads and sidewalks (2,175,803 TND excluding VAT)
  • 6,000 m3 of anti-contamination sand
  • 14,500 m3 of topsoil foundation layer 0 / 31.5
  • 4,250 m3 of topsoil base layer 0/20
  • 28,000 of reconstituted moistened gravels
  • Treatment and coating of sidewalks
  • Laying 30,000 ml of curbs and sidewalks
  • Covering 16,000 m² in Bituminous Concrete and 40,000 m² in bilayer and topsoil
• Wastewater networks (587,994 TND excluding VAT)
  • 2,800 ml gravity pipes in PVC DN 400, DN 315, DN 250, precast manholes
  • 2,632 ml delivery pipes in HDPE DN 500 and DN 400.
• Rainwater networks (605,852 TND excluding VAT)
  • 1,566 ml precast scuppers of section 80*80, 80*60 and 60*60
  • 700 ml gravity pipes in PVC DN 315
  • 270 ml reinforced concrete pipes DN 800, manhole covers and earthenware.
• Public lighting: (240,234 TND excluding VAT)
• Various works and signage: Construction of 3 transformer stations and electrical conduit cover works with an amount of 444,228,620 TND excluding VAT

Being fully satisfied by the development of the industrial activity park of El Fajja / Manouba – 1^st section -, MFCPOLE therefore decided to assign the work of the 2^nd section of this park to SBF. All the works executed for this project are complementary two-layer pavement works on a pre-developed site and then an extension including the construction of new sanitation and drainage channels and networks. The works covered by this contract concern:

• The execution of general earthworks
• The construction of road networks, including the rehabilitation and finishing of existing roads
• The execution of rainwater and wastewater networks
• The installation of public lighting
• The execution of the electrical conduit cover and construction works of the transformer and signaling stations
